Shuttle Service ** Our fares are based to and from addresses inside M-30 area. The shuttle could make maximun 2 stops on the way to the airport. In Arrivals a driver will wait you with a sign with the name provided. Terms & Conditions

These General Conditions of Carriage are the conditions on which the provider carries any person and their property and these conditions shall apply to each booking issued by our client, school, university, etc and each contract to carry any person entered into by MAD SHUTTLE S.L..
Any person who travels with us shall be considered to have agreed to be carried on these General Conditions of Carriage. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger due to passenger having excess luggage or under effect of alcohol or drugs which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.

PICK UP PROCEDURE ON DEPARTURES
The customer must be ready at the agreed pick-up time, as the vehicles can only wait for a short time.

PICK UP PROCEDURE ON ARRIVALS
PRIVATE SERVICE are a point to point service, we can arrange extra stops with a surcharge of € 8.- each stop. From the airport waiting time are free for the first 90 minutes. After 90 minutes waiting time we can rearrange a new pick up charging a new Transfer if it an available vehicle to provide it. In Mercedes S Class waiting time 120 minutes instead.
There is no additional charge for the flight delays or if it a change of itinerary and the passengers inform us about it at least with 12 hs.
SHUTTLE SERVICE point to point service, any extra stop will be charged. From the airport waiting time are free for the first 60 minutes in T1 and T2 and 75 minutes in T4 After estimated waiting time we can rearrange a new pick up charging a new Transfer if it an available vehicle to provide it. There is no additional charge for the flight delays or if it a change of itinerary and the passengers inform us about it at least with 12 hs.
Services on Sundays, Festivity days or between 09PM and 06AM may have surcharge of € 1.- per passenger.
CANCELLATION
For cancellations received in writing in advance of more than 72 hours of service provision, no amount will be charged and we will refund to the Customer the full amount paid. In advance cancellations received more than 24 hours and less than 48 hours, 50% will be charged as expenses of cancellation. On cancellations received 24 hours or less, our company shall not refund any amount paid.
Each passenger can carry 1 big suitcases and 1 hand bag.
Every extra bag will be € 1.-

BAGGAGE INSURANCE
The liability of the company in case of loss or theft of customer’s baggage, is limited to the provisions of Spanish legislation on Road Transport.
